Is there a programmers guide for this part? How do I configure it for 720p in and out?

I checked on the manufacturers website and I was able to find some additional resources, but I was unable to find a specific datasheet for configuring this for 720p.

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I have been to the Toshiba website and have the datasheet but that isn’t very helpful. I am looking for the following:
