TF037C-2100

Hello everyone,

I have recently bought the TF037C-2100-P from digikey. I bought the blower and evaluation board together.

I have the #6 wire going to the ground pile.

I have the #5 wire getting 24v.

I put 0v to wire #3 to make sure the brake is not enabled.

Yet, the blower does not work. The #1 error output wire is giving me 5v. How could there be an error? I hear a click when I turn it on but that’s the best I get.

Anybody have any idea?

thanks,

M

@mgold

What voltage are you applying to #4 (yellow)?
The manual shows that it would like 1-5v to operate.

Hi Nathan,

I tried 3.7V

I tried #3 and #4 to battery 3.7. #5 to 24v and #6 to grnd. All at the same time.

@mgold

How about tying the #3 to ground (0V) instead of 3.7v?

It should look like the below
3 = 0v(ground) = brake off
4 = 3.7v = not in stand by
5 = 24v = to power the system
6 = ground

Hi Nathan,

I tried this before but I can try again.

Thanks,

M
