Thermal Pad Thickness Tolerance

I am looking at the 0.5mm thick thermal pad (TG-A1780-125-125-0.5).

I am doing a laired assembly that includes many of these in the stack and need to know the manufacturing tolerances on the thickness of the pad. Can you help me? It is not listed in the tech data sheet provided.

For 0.5mm thickness tolerance would be ±0.05mm.
