Hello,
I’m looking for a three-phase inverter board to control a BLDC or PMSM motor.
I only need the power stage (the inverter itself), without any built-in microcontroller or driver.
I’m looking for a module that includes:
– A DC input (e.g., 12–50 V)
– Three-phase outputs (U, V, W) to the motor
– Logic-level control inputs to directly drive the gates (e.g., from my FPGA or external control board).
Could you please suggest a product that fits these requirements?
Thank you for your support.

Hello @jaber.ouakrim

Thank you for your post.

I was really only able to find one option that matches some of your requirements.

Our number 5523-BD1-D50-ND appears to be our closest option.

There are potentially a large number of products on the market which may address the need, however it is necessary to be quite specific in regard to what the need is.

There is tension between these two asks, insofar as a “driver” is necessary to interface a logic-level device such as an FPGA to a power stage of any significance.

Required current carrying capacity is not mentioned, and whether the 12-50V input range mentioned represents a firm requirement or an _exempli gratia_ figure with substantial flexibility is also unclear.

A suggested product (re)search technique would be to look in the [motor driver PMIC](https://www.digikey.com/short/j7f4pd55) family for IC-form solutions that may fit the need, and check those that do for availability of evaluation boards or 3rd party implementations if a value-added solution is needed. The [DRV8313](https://www.digikey.com/en/products/result?s=N4IgTCBcDaICYCcBuAOAzARjSAugXyA) is an example of a device for which both are available.
