TJA1021TK/20/C,118 mention the characteristic “Full” under Duplex label, however I was unable to identify this characteristic in the datasheet, may someone please explain better this characteristic? Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the TechForum.
I believe that information is wrong on our website. LINbus is inherently a half-duplex protocol since one cannot both transmit and receive on the LINbus simultaneously, so all LINbus transceivers should be listed as half-duplex.
