Which pin is used for bias (VDD)? and if i give biasing in pin 6 then how RF out and biasing both work?

Yes, as per the datasheet for the TQP369184, Pin 6 is used both the RF Output and the DC bias (VDD) pin.

they are separated using a bias tee network consisting of an RF choke (L1) and a DC blocking capacitor (C3).
