Hello,  
Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. I did some checking and wasn’t able to find any solid information on these markings. Can you provide a photo of the part and any other information you may have from a schematic.

Hello here are the transistors or maybe diodes that give the signal for the fan. Board induction cooker

I am sorry to inform you that I was not able to find any information on the specs of that transistor.
