Transistors

Need 3 different transistor replacements. Numbers on each one are

K3377 23

J599 1Z

A1244

Hello @zac.webb,

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.

The transistors are most likely marked with Japanese Industrial Standards Committee (JISC) numbers.

Knowing this, we can use a few tricks to locate the part within DigiKey:

  • Add a 2S as a prefix e.g., 2SA1244

  • Search using a logical AND e.g., “A1244 transistor”.

Tech Tip: Watch out for package type as the base part number often has several different options. For example, TO-251 and TO-252.

Unfortunately, the 2SK3377 and 2SJ599, MOSFETS are listed as obsolete:

  • The 2SK3377 MOSFET includes direct recommendations as shown in this picture:

  • The 2SJ599 is harder. We may be able to locate a substitution from this list.

Please reply with the case type of the transistor and MOSFET if you would like additional assistance.

Sincerely,

Aaron

Thanks for your help. Just wondering what is meant by case type and MOSFET in tracking down the last 2SJ599 transistor?

Hi @zac.webb,

As an example, consider this datasheet. This picture shows the difference.

Sincerely,

Aaron

Hi,
Also wondering if I could get some help locating a zener diode C20PH?

Thanks

Hello @zac.webb,

The C20PH feels like a partial part number. Smae problem as the transistors, too many different packages.

Closely related components are in this list.

Sincerely,

Aaron
