Can you please confirm whether the MIKROE-6559 modules are built with pre-production (engineering sample) silicon or production-qualified TROPIC01 chips?
I bought some engineering samples a while ago and would like to experiment with the production version. Thank you

The documentation for the MIKROE-6559 doesn’t make it clear if the utilized chip is “new” or not, but this board is a new design as it was only released this year. I looked at the datasheet for the TROPIC01 chips and it seems they have been in production for some amount of time already as there are several revisions mentioned. Here is that datasheet for reference. The latest revisions go back to December 2024, so they aren’t as “new” as the board. Based on that detail, I’d have to assume MIKROE is utilizing the latest production version.
