**The Traco Power TSR 3-2433N came with pin label 1 on wrong side. Installed and powered up expensive motherbaord which was then destroyed when 3.3V board rail received about 17 volts from reversed regulator and blew the board completely. Board cost over $500. Manufacturer specified pin-outs where expected. Digikey must check out this part with Traco and inform customers to watch for this. We depend on Digikey for top quality and reliable sourcing . These may be counterfeit parts we received.

It is almost impossible that the pins were reversed in production.
Note that the pin order on datasheet is “bottom view”.
What is the total capacitance on your 3.3V bus?
