Turn single pole into double?

The github description of this product makes it sound like this breakout board effectively turns this SPST into a DPST. It’s designed for an extra LED, but there are four pins coming off it, so I believe the power for the LED is separate. Can anyone confirm that this effectively turns this Single Pole into a Double Pole?
