This is all information from this IC, I can’t find it anywhere
its from EPSON PROJECTOR EH-LS12000
I am not able to 100% ID the item in your image.
However it does look to be similar to the ADV7674 that is also from Analog Devices.
This would also be a 108 pin item which the item you have seems to have.
I am sorry to say though that we would not have this item on hand.

That triangle on the logo is definitely Analog Devices.
I’ve been unable to match your part to anything they have. It might have been application specific for Epson.
Based on the 5s I can see in the rest of the part I do not think that the top line is AD 55.
I noted it’s a 104-pin QFN-type part. I couldn’t find a single ADI part with that package in our system, which increases likelihood of the ASIC for Epson hypothesis.
