# Vishay「P」系列與「P-NS」系列的差異

在 DigiKey 網站輸入 Vishay 零件編號時，若零件編號格式為 **「P-xxxxyzzzzab」** ，需特別留意。

輸入此類零件編號時，搜尋結果可能會顯示為 **「Pxxxxyzzzzab」** 格式的零件編號，但兩者實際上是 **不同產品** ，且具有不同的產品特性。

例如：

- 輸入 **P-0402E1001BB** ，搜尋結果可能顯示為 **P0402E1001BBT** （DigiKey PN：[716-P0402E1001BBTTR-ND](https://www.digikey.tw/zh/products/detail/vishay-sfernice/P0402E1001BBT/12712457)）。
- 輸入 **P-0805E80R0B** ，搜尋結果可能顯示為 **P0805E80R0BBT** （DigiKey PN：[716-P0805E80R0BBTCT-ND](https://www.digikey.tw/zh/products/detail/vishay-sfernice/P0805E80R0BBT/10744568)）。

### 兩種零件編號格式的來源不同

#### P-xxxxyzzzzab

屬於 **Vishay Dale Thin Film** 的 \*\*[「P-NS」系列\*](https://www.vishay.com/docs/60023/pns.pdf)\*。

#### Pxxxxyzzzzab

屬於 **Vishay Sfernice** 的 **[「P」系列](https://www.vishay.com/docs/53017/p.pdf)**。

如前所述，這兩個系列具有不同的產品特性，因此並非所有應用都可以直接互換使用。

### 容易造成混淆的原因

除了包裝選項不同之外，兩個系列的料號編碼結構幾乎相同（「P」系列另外提供部分額外的阻值容差選項），因此很容易在選料時造成誤判或混淆。

### DigiKey 庫存狀況

DigiKey 所販售的大部分相關產品均屬於 **Vishay Sfernice「P」系列** 。

雖然 DigiKey 也有少量 **Vishay Dale Thin Film「P-NS」系列** 產品，但在網站的 **Series（系列）篩選條件** 中，這些產品並不一定會明確標示為 **「P-NS」系列** 。

例如：

- **[P-0402Y2432BBT0](https://www.digikey.tw/zh/products/detail/vishay-dale-thin-film/P-0402Y2432BBT0/6165746)** 為 Vishay Dale Thin Film 的 **P-NS 系列** 產品。

### 建議

若客戶提供的零件編號含有「-」（例如 **P-0402E1001BB** ），建議不要直接以 DigiKey 搜尋結果中的 **P0402E1001BBT** 視為等同料號，而應先確認：

1. 製造商（Vishay Dale Thin Film 或 Vishay Sfernice）
2. 所屬系列（P-NS 或 P）
3. 電氣特性及規格是否完全符合需求

以避免因系列差異而造成規格不符或應用風險。
