Vishay Siliconix Dual Symmetrical N/P-Channel MOSFET’s in SC-70-6 and SC89-6 packages can have reversed orientation inside the tape:
This “reversed” orientation is allowed.
The parts (like SQ1902AEL-T1_GE3 for example) do have a symmetrical pinout and can be mounted the either side.
It is also documented in Vishay PACK-0007-9 doc - Device Orientation SC-70-6L, SC-89-6L, TSOP-6
Need to emphasize that the above is correct for Dual Symmetrical MOSFET’s with both channels of the same type (N or P channels).
