Dear Tech team, could you tell me what type and exact number carry by the DIODE manufactured by VISHAY and marking on top of it is SM49? Please help me. Thanks in advance
Vishay used the SM part marking for a few diodes.
If your package size matches the below you may have part number SMAJ150A-E3/61
Please note Vishay has since 2024 changed the part marking on a number of their diodes so the current datasheet will have a different marking for this part.
