Really having a hard time finding this replace part anywhere. It’s out of my forklift and believe it’s a 5k pot for pedal control. I do have pictures of it if needed but here are the numbers listed
There are 3 lines as follows:
961-0001
5k 1304
usa 02
any info would be helpful thanks.
Welcome to the forum.
Based on this data sheet I found It appears to be a specialty potentiometer assembly that has no shaft. Very good chance no other manufacturer ever made a substitute and it seems that Vishay Spectrol no longer manufacturers anything similar.
Appears there are some refurbished and NOS (new old stock) parts here:

Here’s a partial data sheet with mechanical data:

If you search around for DIY repair info on your brand/model forklift you may find that somebody has figured out a way to hack up a solution that works well enough. Might require custom machined or 3D printed adapters to accommodate the mechanical design.

I would assume any 3 pole 5k pass through might be able to work? as long as it can be adapted to fit.
Given your question I do not think it would be safe for you to hack a custom repair on this potentially deadly device.
I recommend either buying the proper part or hiring a qualified expert to make the custom design changes for you.
