Micro-Measurements, one of Vishay Precision Group’s subsidiaries, offers a selection of high-precision sensors and instrumentation as well as accessories for same. One such accessory is their M-BOND 200 ADHESIVE, used to adhere strain gauges to where they need to go. We’ve had some requests recently for the installation kit version of this product, if one exists. Does it, and if so where is it?
M-BOND 200 KIT, fittingly enough, is the installation kit version of the product. Per its datasheet, the product includes the following additional parts and materials to assist in installing your strain gauges:
• CSM Degreaser or GC-6 Isopropyl Alcohol
• Silicon Carbide Paper
• M-Prep Conditioner A
• M-Prep Neutralizer 5A
• GSP-1 Gauze Sponges
• CSP-1 Cotton Applicators
• PCT-3M Gage Installation Tape
