We’ve had some questions recently on these products arriving with melted ice packs, and whether these melted packs affect the integrity of the product?
This product ships with an ice pack to prevent degradation during shipment. The ice pack is expected to melt, the product is packaged and designed such that this won’t matter if shipment takes the expected amount of time. Shipping delays are likely to cause issues rather than melting ice packs.
