Hello judy and welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.

In regard to warranty specific to DigiKey, anything related to that can be found in our [Terms and Conditions](https://www.digikey.com/en/terms-and-conditions).  
I wasn’t able to find anything related to warranties specific to Siemens on their website, but I have reached out to our product manager to see if they are able to provide more information. I will update you when I have received a response.
