I have a question regarding part A42MX16-VQG100I-ND. Delivered item quality did not meet manufacturer specifications. An abnormally high programming failure rate was detected—29.6% (8 out of 27 units), which is almost 10 times higher than the acceptable failure rate of 3%. Original equipment was used during the operation, adhering to all operating instructions.

Programmer: Silicon Sculptor 4 [software version 5.22.14]

Adapter: FSM100VQCACT

This is an oddly high failure rate, but if you are following the operating instructions with the proper equipment then I am unsure of what the issue could be.
