Who can you speak if you are having difficulties choosing products on the configurator?
- If you are having difficulties, you can contact the FAE team either through our website or directly to their email TechSupportNA@HARTING.com.
How do you recommend we approach building a Han Product on the configurator
- Personally, I start at the area that I have the highest concern on for the customer. So if I am concerned about the environment that the connector will have to be protected from then I start at the hood, or if I am more concerned about the connection inside the HARTING connector then I start in the top and bottom section and filter until I can confirm what size hood and housing I will need to fit said insert.
I’m assuming the configurators will also provide information on panel mounts, glands, etc?
- Yes, configurators also give options for additional accessories like cable glands, coding elements and pins etc.
