I need to know what technology the ZXCT1022E5TA current sensor is built with? For example is it CMOS, Bipolar, BiCMOS or other?

Well, the datasheet for the ZXCT1022E5TA does not give any hint as to what sort of semiconductor process was used for this part. However, based on the fact that it was created by Zetex somewhere around the time of their acquisition by Diodes Inc. (the datasheet is dated 2008), and as I recall, they generally specialized in bipolar processes at that time, I would say it’s most likely bipolar-based technology.
However, you would need to contact Diodes Inc. directly to get any sort of reliable answer to that sort of question.
