I am not having luck so far.
Would you have an idea of it’s function?

There is a small chance that this is Semtech’s SC4633.
The page links to a wrong datasheet. Could not find the correct datasheet anywhere.

From the circuit around it I’d say it’s a synchronous buck converter.

Although I can’t see where the bootstrap cap would be so I’m leaning towards synchronous boost. If the voltage input is to the left hand side then it’s a boost, if the output is on the left, then it’s a buck.
