I was unable to find a successor part from Infineon for BAS28. The closest match I found is the 1SS382TE85LF (1SS382TE85LFTR-ND) from Toshiba. Same 80V rating and nearly identical SC-82 package dimensions to the SC-82A used by BAS28.
One thing to note: the pinout is mirrored.
