A customer supplied us with one of these parts:

Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear to come with a male RJ-45 connector. Which male RJ-45 connector works with this part? (We tried to fit a standard RJ-45 male plug into the fitting and it seems to interfere with small plastic tabs in the mouth of the part.)
Any assistance greatly appreciated!

It seems that a standard RJ-45 M crimp-type connector can work if you apply some considerable force to pressing the plastic connector into the fitting. (The force needed seemed to be somewhat excessive, but it did the trick!)
After forcing the connector into the shell assembly, the small plastic tabs (mentioned in the original posting) deformed enough to provide a snug fit.
Leaving this here in case someone else has the same question.
ANSWER: Yes, you can press it THAT hard without breaking the plastic parts!
