The datasheet for these LEDs indicates they would come supplied with the lens facing the pocket tape.
Hi,
Why for this LEDs need to have the lens faced on bottom, can feedback to supplier to change the lens position? Or have alternative part no. for this same LED with lens faced on top??

I edited your post to remove your personal contact information. It was posted to a public forum where we have bots scraping for that kind of sensitive data.
I checked and I don’t see that they have an alternative part number for the part to be mounted lens up.
You could check with Everlight to see if that is something they would be willing to do.
