I am interested in purchasing your 5" CAN Bus Smart Display WL0F00050000FGAAESA00 (Custom CAN ID + GPIO).

Before placing an order, I would like to clarify a few technical questions:

  1. Does the display package include all necessary cables for:

    • power supply connection,
    • programming/configuration,
    • communication with the GUI Builder software?

  2. If the required cables are not included, could you please provide the part numbers of the recommended cables and accessories?

  3. Is it possible to configure and download the GUI project to the display via the CAN interface using a standard PEAK PCAN-USB adapter connected to a PC?

  4. If configuration via CAN is supported:

    • Is any additional hardware required?
    • What is the recommended procedure for downloading a GUI Builder project to the display?

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. This item appears to be the display only. Winstar does offer a kit with cables included that you may want to inquire about. GUI support and demos are all listed on the manutacturer website.
