The 4114N/2H7P is already terminated with 4 wires. According to the datasheet for 4114N/2H7P (linked HERE), the 4114N/2H7P uses (TR 64) 18AWG ~ 22AWG for power and the speed and control lines (tachometer and PWM) utilize (TR 64) 22AWG
