Xilinx: MacBook M1

Hi. Engineering question.

Digikey is a Xilinx distributor. Hence the question.

Will the following setup work:

Trying to run Xilinx ISE on kali Linux virtual machine in MacBook having M1 chip.

Will I be able to download vhdl code onto a Xilinx fpga physically connected to the mac??

Or do I need a physical Linux machine or windows??

Need an engineer’s opinion please. Need answer asap please

Hi @Maikel.Saad , you might want to ping Xilinx directly on this question…

I don’t have a MacBook with an M1 so this is something in can’t personally test.
