Hello, i order AXX3F and AX3M XLR connectors, suppose to connect together? Cause for the moment its not the case, the aligment spline is 1/8 turn offset female vs male.

Everything I’m seeing from Amphenol indicates that AXX3F (889-AXX3F-ND) and AX3M (889-1845-ND)should be a mating set of connectors. There is an alternate version of the female connector AX3F (889-1843-ND) instead of AXX3F, but they seem to have the same keying and are not differentiated between one another in terms of what connectors they are considered suitable for.
Do you have photos of the connectors that aren’t working that you can share?
I find the problem, its 18 inch away from the connector! i align the male part not with the plastic notch but with the ground metal parts.
