Need suitable for alternate

We do carry the ZV50K1812401NIR1HT and it is currently in stock but I was unable to find any alternatives in our system that meet the description you are looking for, specifically the Vc of 135V in the 1812 (4532) package, sorry for the inconvenience.
Here’s a link including a few possible alternatives with similar specifications.
Note that only the ZV50K1812401NIR1HT is rated for up to 150°C. The others are only rated up to 125°C.
