Hello, This i2c design is licensed under slandered license (e.g. GPL-3, MIT, BSD, or digikey custom)?

Since there is no copyright statement in the source code, by US law DigiKey claims full copyright control over the code.
In the terms and conditions document linked above, I could only find this statement regarding copyright licensing of the code.
For any Software or Web Services Applications that are not accompanied by a License Agreement, DigiKey hereby grants, to the extent DigiKey is authorized and legally able, to you, the user, a revocable, personal, non-transferable license to use the Software or the Web Services Application for viewing and otherwise using the Site in accordance with these Terms of Use, and for no other purpose.
Since I’m not a lawyer, if you want to use this for a commercial application you should consult an intellectual property attorney.
However based on my experience of forty years working with IP lawyers I’m certain they would say you can not use this code without having the commercial licensing specified in writing by DigiKey.
