Thanks, yes, everything’s fused, I bought a new proportional valve coil and ran it through the tests, and it appears much more linear. With that data, I figured the resistors to put before and after the pot to spread the proportional valve response out across the whole range of the pot, instead of concentrating it all in the middle.
Now I just need some help selecting some switches. Basically, I need to power up one of 6 smaller coils to select which cylinder will activate, and simultaneously power up the voltage follower to control the proportional valve coil. I need 6 push-button normally-off momentary switches that can turn on both circuits at once.
DPST, DPDT, thousands of switches, too much confusion to wade through, it would be a big help if you could recommend them for a low-current, say 16-18V, panel mount application.
Also need some on-off-on toggles that spring back to off, and simultaneously switch both coil circuits. DPDT? I get mixed up.
Also need heat sinks for the 2SD2083 NPN Darlingtons driving the coils. Can you help?
