This is actually calling out a mini-reel from the factory. No difference in the actual part just the packaging.

TRMPBF suffix vs. TRPBF suffix in Linear Technology parts

Linear Technology sells many of their parts on different sized reels. The “mini” 500 piece reel will have a suffix of TRMPBF, while the larger 2500 piece (and often non-stock) reel will have a TRPBF suffix.
