Hi there all at Didgikey. My name is Mike, I live in Tamworth NSW. I am 78 years old and I have been a Bass player since I was at school. About a year ago I decided I needed something to keep the one brain cell I have left active. So I have been studying amplifiers, but I realise there is only so far you can go on YouTube so I ask a lot of questions that may seem to you simplistic, but even if I already know the answer. I like it to be confirmed by an expert such as you. My latest project is my first tube amp. It’s probably about 40 years old , and it’s dead. I have managed to get a sound but at very low volume. If I have to rebuild it from the chassis up. That’s ok. I am learning every day. I love having you there to help………
