Can you provide documentation that shows what ,15 suffix stands for for NXP part # LPC2104FBD48/01,15?

The suffix endings, like this, are usually a packaging code, and will not change the function of the part. The LPC2104FBD48/01,15 part is obsolete. There is a document on this TechForum Link:
This just says the 15 is for a wafer, which does not seem to match, but it will be a packaging code.
