I would like information about the product in question.

Is there a case where the 1601-C30902EH-ND fails to work properly after going through the x-ray machine? an x-ray machine for the product
does it have an effect?

In regards to your inquiry I have looked into the datasheet for 1601-C30902EH-ND and after reviewing the information inside of it I am not seeing any warnings about use of this product in regards to proximity of an X-Ray. It should work fine. The datasheet is located on the DigiKey part page.
