3M visor Shade 3 help

Does 3m Visor part number 3M160683-ND (manufacturer number 82705-10000) attach to a visor holder, and would anyone know the prat number for this?
Alterantively, would anyone know what 3M visor is shown in this picture below? it has 3 horizontal slots across the top of the shield. Must be a shade 3 visor shield please.

Unfortunately I could not identify the one in your photo, but I was able to find 3M160686-ND in our system as the headgear for the face shield 3M160683-ND.
