Now my team is suggesting to procure the following one

Manufacturer Molex
Manufacturer Product Number 1462360001
Description RECTANGLE STANDARD NFC ANTENNA 1.

Could you please help to find out if practically, is there any difference in the above two RFID anteenas?

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.

It appears that the difference between these two RFID antennas is size.
900-1462360051-ND has the dimensions 15.00mm x 15.00mm x 0.17mm while WM22479-ND has the dimensions 15.00mm x 25.00mm x 0.17mm.
