810277 is an Alpha Wire cable number that seems to have been discontinued for some time now, after searching for parts with similar specifications I believe our best options are going to be one of the following:
5170CSL005-100-ND
-This item has foil/braid shielding, and is available in lengths of 100, 500, and 1,000 feet.
5390CSL005-ND
-This item has foil shielding, and is available in lengths of 100, 500, and 1,000 feet.
Both options appear to meet the same standards as the original (CSA/UL Type CMG FT4; AWM Style 2464; VW-1), though they may have additional ratings that did not apply to the original cable.

The markings show that this is Alpha Wire p/n 810277, 18AWG, Shielded, AWM2464 VW-1 (105C temp rating), CSA/UL Type CMG FT4.
