Alveo v80 cooling solution and lead time

Two questions:

1: Do the V80s for sale have an active or passive cooling solution? Their use case is going to be on a desk or in a desktop PC, so I’ve either got to buy a v80 with active cooling, or solve the cooling issue myself.

2: Is the 20 week lead time expected, or a maximum? One would need to be shipped to New Zealand for our use case… but I’m travelling to New Zealand for a show in about 18 weeks, so if the card got here a little early, I could hand carry it.

1. The resource referenced by the datasheet link on the product page indicates that the device is passively cooled.
   

   

2. The six units shown as in-stock at DigiKey are on hand and can ship proximately. The lead times indicated are the supplier’s estimates for delivery to DigiKey on new orders.
