Took a quick look over coffee and was unable to find this part in the APEM 5000 series data sheet.
The very unusual toggle handle variation makes me suspect this was a customized version for one particular manufacturer and may not be available to anyone else.
Perhaps one of the DigiKey employees or another forum member will have better luck locating a replacement.

That one is kind of tricky with that actuator looking the way it does.
I found 5247CDB-ND and that seems right based on the marking, but I’m not sure if its the right one in regard to function, size, and voltages. You can check out its data sheet and verify, though this item is not a stocking item for us and requires minimums, and will also have a lead time. But if you can verify it is that one, or give us more info on the voltage ratings and function of the one you’re after, we could assist in finding you an alternate.
