I am new to maker.io.
I want to inter the Arduino UNO Q Dream lap challenge.

step 2 of the rules said “Publish your project on maker.io with the hashtag #UNOQDreamLab.
is this should be in project title or show & tell

They didn’t specify, you should be OK including the hashtag in the Show & Tell portion of the project.

When I submit my project, it doesn’t send me a confirmation e-mail, and the submission link sends me to completely different website in Digikey. Is the submission hyperlink broken?
