Howdy. I’m looking for some NAND solutions. I need to output my PCB to 8 fingers, and I need 2GB (16gbit) of flash memory. Making a custom game cartridge that uses SD card protocols. I know just enough to be a little dangerous, but I can honestly say the circuit and PCB aspects I am lacking in knowledge.

Which actual SD protocols do you need support for? The full SDIO/MMC spec or maybe just the SPI signals.
Thinking you can go two ways, using an eMMC Nand device, or SPI data flash…
