We are currently looking for an alternative to Therm-O-Disc HLX manual reset limit thermostats, and we would like to know if you have a thermostat with the same technical and certification requirements as below:
• Manual reset, trip-free high-limit thermostat
• Bimetal disc
• Exposed disc construction
• Contacts open on temperature rise
• Double pole, single throw (DPST)
Electrical rating:
• 240 VAC
• 50 A resistive (double pole)
Thermal performance:
• Maximum operating temperature up to 300 °F (≈150 °C)
• Typical opening/closing differential: 40–70 °F (or equivalent depending on setpoint)
Certification (mandatory):
• UL certified (Please provide UL file number for verification)
Application:
• Electric heaters / safety high-limit protection
