According to CC1312R SimpleLink™ High-Performance Wireless MCU datasheet , this part is supporting JTAG (IEEE 1149.1)
Some customers are asking to get BSDL file (Boundary-Scan Description Language) to perform their own BST (Boundary-Scan test) / ICT (In-circuit test) inhouse PCB testings
Well, unfortunately as per TI, this BSDL file for CC1312R is not available
