Unable to find any information on the “D” in the “DC” suffix. Datasheet only lists “A, B, K” as 178mm reel 4mm 2mm and 8mm pitch respectively. I don’t see anything that defines “D”.

The D for the packaging callout is not on the datasheet. I searched on the TechForum here, and found this link: TDK Corp CGA Series Ceramic Cap D suffix
The datasheet lists the C as a TDK internal code, for the Special reserved code section.
The part numbers are different, but the packaging information will be the same.
