I am looking for a camera with a C2B interface for development. Is there one available?

It would appear that C2B (Car Camera Bus) is a relatively new tech from ADI designed to enable video transmission and an I2C control interface via unshielded twisted pair cabling, over the mid-range cable lengths (10s of meters) encountered in automotive applications.
Seems to me an idea that’s likely to catch on (perhaps well beyond the automotive market) and that cameras supporting C2B directly may soon be a thing. However, as of this date I am not aware of any such cameras available on the open market, and while datasheets and documentation for the interface chips themselves are publicly available, at the time of writing one must still ask politely in order to lay hands on silicon or related dev boards, rather than being able to buy them off the shelf.
