Can we run thru wash Murata 19R683C & Vicor 01000

It looks like 19R683C does not have an MSL rating, and 01000 is MSL1 so while it may be possible to wash them without damage, I was unable to find any information from the manufacturer specifying a safe washing environment so I am unable to confirm 100% on this.
