As per ordering information from Kemet below. This looks to be 0.1uF 50V 20% through hole capacitor.
399-9842-ND seems it would be a decent alternate. Its slightly better in tolerance at 10% and it has a X7R rating which is also a bit better than the general purpose Z5U.
